A fabulous service!
I needed to get my watch mended together with a new strap and I could not have had a better experience. I was looked after by Karli who was really superb - she was warm and interested. She quickly and smoothly got my watch sorted. It was quite a pleasure to go into a retail store that had such an outstanding approach to customer service and made the visit such an enjoyable one. Thank you!

Really great service from a friendly and helpful team. I have had several pieces of jewellery repaired here - always effective and inexpensive. Most recently I wanted to elongate a string of pearls and Fiona suggested and designed an excellent way of doing this without having to try and match pearls.

Do not use this business for any repairs: my item is completely ruined and they do not respond to emails.

The customer service here is just awful! One lady in particular could do with some serious people skills training.

I put a necklace in to have one of the stones replaced and it was in for months before I eventually called for an update to which I found it was ready to pick up. The new stone does not look good - I do not recommend this jewellers.

When ever i am looking for something a bit special i always shop at Courlander Jewellers in Richmond. I have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. They have such a great range of jewellery, watches and gifts. This time i found a lovely silver bracelet. Thank you for a superb service as usual.

Excellent friendly customer service. Had the bezel of my Omega watch replaced. Great value and repaired very quickly. Managed to grab a few Christmas gifts as well, beautiful selection. Highly recommend.

Went into Courlander today for the first time with a small issue on a Skagen watch strap, it was fixed in a few minutes, with a very small charge to pay.
Very impressed with the service and friendliness., will definitely use again......thank you so much

If I could have given 0 stars I would.
Took my daughters ring for repair, 7 weeks later still no ring and not even a phone call for a update.
Very rude staff that constantly talk over you!

Visited Courlander to try and return a necklace I was given but didn’t like. The fact that there is no returns policy does make you feel a bit taken advantage of as a customer, and the customer service experience on that point was rather cold and uncompromising. I ended up purchasing quite a bit more than the value of the gift as they wouldn’t refund even a slight difference in price. It’s a bit of a shame since my mum has been a customer for over 15 years and had fond memories of the shop, while I’m not sure I would go back now. Having said that the jewellery I ended up getting was nice.
