I went to this place to get my ears pierced and the owner did a wonderful job. it was quite cheap as well, I would recommend this place. I am very impressed

Took my grandchildren to get their ears pierced about a year ago. This is a lovely jewelly store that my family and I frequent often, but Anna can be quite blunt even rude whilst piercing ears. Every other time I had met her before this she was ok.

Wonderful jewellery. Great for gifts or treating yourself and items aren't overpriced. Anna is always friendly too and really knows her stuff. I've taken a friend and family in there for piercings, which have been done with the utmost professionalism and sound care advice given immediately afterwards.

If i could give 0 i wouldn't feel guilty. I went in there to get my cartalige and just above my lobes pierced. She being a "professional" pierced my cartliage with a GUN which had caused many infection, shattered and trauma towards my skin. It's taking forever to heal! I got two piercing done and she charged me more than usal just because i had thicker ears ?? and then had the nerves to give one aftercare lotion?? Lastly i was being kind and patient and i thought I'll go back to seek help as my cartliage kept getting worse. She was rude to me and tells me i should got a hoop or a flat back. If that is the case to heal quicker then why did she give me a butterfly back in the first place? Extremely upset. Get it done in proper ear piercing place to save yourself! Gun should never be used for cartalige. I learnt this after seeing what my ears are going through. Forget to mention she told me i could change it in a month and it would heal in a month, or i could change it in 3days lol!

Anna herself I heard was a bit rude, but I decided to look past that. Spare yourself the effort and money (ie 20 quid for one nose piercing), and just buy the kit yourself. The *********** was mentioning to me about nose surgery because my mother who I was with was mentioning how my nose is wide *not mentioning about changing my nose AT ALL* and she comes out saying 'Well you could get surgery to straighten your nose' and I was stunned to say the least. For all she knew I could have felt self conscious about my nose and I'm a child at that smh. Never again. Not even for the cute crystals. The only upside was that it was done well.

Had my grandsons ears pierced today the lady in shop was lovely

Had my ear pierced this morning by this wonderful lady. She took her time placing it as I already have 2 piercings in this ear. I also bought a gorgeous silver bangle, she cleaned the bracelet I was wearing too!
I will definitely be going back again, it was lovely chatting to her.
