Used this jewellers to fix some links polish and clean my white gold chain a couple of months ago. Took nearly month for a job that takes 3days and the chain looked no different from when I took it in. And the charged me £120 The worst thing is I only just realised that the Weight has reduced from 39grams to 38.4grams. Took it to a jewellers in Hatton gardens and they told me they have done something dodgy. Do not leave your jewelry in this store. Do so at your own risk.

Dishonest and charging different price to different customers, did not undertake the work requested but charged for it. To avoid!

Sent in a ring for resize (smaller). They actually hollowed out part of the ring that I didnt ask for and wasnt needed. The ring wasnt even polished when I got it back.

A gem in the market! They fixed all my broken jewellery for much less than expected. They are really friendly and chatty which is very rare nowadays! ❤️❤️

This shop is really weird. I took my engagement ring to be repaired (snapped band), to be told that the repair guy wasn't going to be in until the following Saturday (i.e. 1.5 weeks away). As I had been waiting months anyway for the shops to reopen, I decided to go for it in spite of the long lead time, and was told it would be ready by the Monday morning. When I went in to collect it on the appointed day, the male proprietor couldn't find it anywhere, and after a lot of hanging around, informed me that the repair man had taken it home, and hadn't returned it yet, and to come back the next day. (This was incredibly annoying as they don't open til 10am and I'd had to delay my morning in order to go in.) When I went back to pick it up and tried to put it on, it was covered in black residue which got all over my hands (silver polish apparently), and the repairer had shrunk it so it wouldn't fit on my finger. The male proprietor helpfully suggested I "try it on a different finger", which may be the most stunningly stupid suggestion possible for a jeweller to make about an engagement ring. All round rubbish experience.
