Love this shop and Tom the owner who is a very knowledgable man and good to do a deal with BUT this is the second time that I have gone in the shop to buy gold and have encountered the two horrible, ignorant sales women. Both need a lesson on customer services. Absolutely appalling piggish attitude - - They didn't even make eye contact ......sort your staff out Tom, they are losing you business!

I went to sell my antiques (double thaller rudolph 2nd), i was offered £20.00 and i was told that the gentle man have a bucket full of those coins. Found out from another dealer the the coin is worth £1250 minimum. I am happy that i did not sell it to the bucket guy. Avoid!!!

Absolutely fabulous service the girls serving do a brilliant job. Especially putting up and dealing with a miserable man who repairs jewellery. The ower could do with customer service lesson tho. Would definitely recommend and use again 😁

No idea why it says I visited this place. As I'd rather starve than pawn anything here. I remember having the misfortune to be in the shop with a mate once many moons ago and some guy brought in a load of coins he thought was worth a few bob. He was promptly ripped to shreds by some old guy drapped in "propa gawld" behind the counter in front of everyone else as to how worthless his stuff was and how he had 1001 just like them out the back, I'm guessing this is a regular occurance, as I know people who work in other similar type pawn shops who actually thrive on belittiling people, the guy looked close to tears, there's ways of telling people things and the way you did it was unnecessary & spiteful, I'm glad your rich off people like that. Must help you sleep better. If I had anything jewellery wise of value and needed cash then I'd chew on the jewellery until I actually had no teeth left rather than sell anything here.

Nice selection of jewellery, particularly silver stuff, the sales staff were helpful and polite, they also have a jobber on site for repair work, would recommend.
