The service I have received from Dean has been faultless; from thr very first design meeting he has been really patient as during my ring design I made quite a few changes and he has accommodated all of my requests. Even better he did this with a smile.
I would recommend Harrisons and Dean in particular to anyone wanting a beautiful and unique design made for them - I am thrilled with my finished rings and looking forward to showing them off - thank you Dean!
The range on display is not huge but gives each item its own space to be appreciated. This is better than crowding everything onto racks.
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, all in all a worthwhile visit.
Best rates you can find in Aylesbury .
and had a budget of £400 - although they didn’t bother to ask. Apparently they don’t sell pendants without chains, later they decided they do.
They don’t sell traditional cufflinks which I had to purchase from a different jeweller. However I decided to have the engraving done by their workshop. Price quoted was nearly twice what I originally was quoted in store. A phone call to the workshop was required to straighten out the issue.. Workshop then failed to follow instructions on the docket and as such had to make good which took a further week. All in all, it took 4 weeks, multiple emails and phone calls to get 4 initials engraved. Lucky I wasn’t in a rush.
Store staff offered no compensation for their mistake, were slow to apologise for their mistake and clearly have enough business to be content to let my custom go elsewhere, which I have done. (Sales lost: 1 pair earrings, and 1 bracelet)
I did offer to provide feedback to Mr Harrison, but as he has ignored my request for a quick chat; I’ve provided feedback publicly..
Truly a shame as I had high hopes for this “family business”
