Was sadly disappointed with the customer care.
Was told around 10 days extending the length of a necklace.
Well over the 10 day time period I called for an update to found the chain type needed was not in stock, this left me annoyed as I had not been told about this situation.
After 28 day the necklace was ready , the necklace was extended well but sadly will not return as the experience didn’t feel very customer friendly once they had possession of your property.
If updates about delays had been given it would have been fine but being left in the dark having to chase up for info was not good!
So I won’t be recommending their services.
