Regularly visit for design inspiration. Always friendly and welcoming group of staff. Wonderful selection of gold pieces, 22 carat and above, so not inexpensive. To treat someone you want to impress - made purchases for the wife and mother!

Their customer service is really good and will most times meet you in the middle when negotiating price. Spacious and well designed store, with loads of great designs for all ocassions and recipients.

Worst shipping experience I had, we looked ear rings of weight 3.1 gms which gold price is 146 +labour+20% VAT where they said final price of 365😬😀. We asked the breakdown they went inside and came back with 100 pounds less 265, they don't no the breakdown and asking for the bargain price 🤐😬🙃.

One of the best customer services, made some purchases, exchanged old good and they dealt with us very patiently and everyone was so friendly. Very very satisfied with the purchase and the rate offered.

Bad customer service. Rude, Ignorant and arrogant staff.

They will not care to answer your queries. If you ask to many questions they will try to neglect you. We asked them to show us gold coin with ganesh and lakshmi at first they said yes we have it and when we started asking questions like it's weight, quality and pricing. They said it's not available now. Then we asked them about the pricing thinking we might make our mind and comeback latter to buy it. But they told they can't even disclose the coin price.

The sales ladies standing there Don't know anything about the product. Not at all welcoming and they wouldn't entertain the customers queries.
If ppl plan on spending hefty amount on anything I guess they should have the right to atleast question the staff about the things that they wish to buy.

The knowledge level of the staff shows how aware and customer friendly they are. The staff doesn't know what carat gold is it made of or weight of the gold.

I wish I could give 0 stars and negative points for there rude, ignorant and careless behaviour.

They've got a very good collection and variety of jewellery designs. I went in for getting my baby's ears pierced. And, It was a job well done !!
The gold rates are too overwhelming...

Very bad customer service
The sales ladies are very rude and they are very overpriced. They price each item depending on the buyer. If you don't know much about gold, don't go to this place as they will rip you off.
