Great experience in Fraser Hart. I went in not knowing much and felt like when I left I had been listened to and go a great ring for the wife.
It’s always difficult shopping for someone but Chloe was a fantastic help and went through everything with me.
I was offered a drink and given outstanding service at the branch.

Had an amazing experience with my purchase of a TAG watch. The service from everyone on the team was very welcoming each time I went in - professional yet fun and light-hearted. Philisha, in particular, was very helpful in giving her absolute best support throughout the entire purchase. The manager, Elaine, was also very understanding and accommodating. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Simi & Elaine on Saturday 5th November 2022 when I purchased my Breitling Chronomat 32 watch. Nothing was too much trouble for either of the ladies. And my husband certainly enjoyed the coffee!!
Simi even went to the trouble of giving me her mobile telephone number when I saw the watch a few weeks prior, in the event I needed any further help, and I must admit I must have drove her mad LOL.... Big thanks to Simi & Elaine & all the staff at Frazer Hart, Bluewater. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them should you wish to make that special purchase.

All-round woeful experience from this store.

Initially, i visited the shop to enquire about two watches i was interested in; one from Panerai, the other from IWC.

The guy that served me didn’t have a clue about either of the models i was asking about. He even ended up pulling out a booklet on the various models from one of the brands and seemed to learn as he asked me questions about it? I left the store no further forward.

I visited Bluewater again a month later and saw one of the watches i had asked about in the window as i walked past, so i decided to try again. The lady who served me was pleasant enough and seemed to have a basic knowledge on both the pieces. I explained that i was interested to find out if one was available on a particular strap, and she said she would find out and let me know within a couple of days via the contact details i left her.

Some weeks later, and never got the update.

Not great ambassador’s for the brands they stock. I have no doubt those companies would want the staff at this retailer to learn up, even just a little, on their ranges.

Also, sloppy service from a company perspective, with a non-existent follow-up.

Fraser Hart, are you in the business to sell watches, or not?

Absolutely magnificent service from Elaine! Trying to find a watch we so desperately wanted proved very difficult from many stores all over Essex and Hertfordshire. A wonderful lady by the name of Elaine from Fraser Hart came to the rescue and managed the impossible. Professional, efficient and extremely competent, I would recommend this store for it's superior service and a great asset in Elaine. Thank you.

I had to wait before adding a fuller review as I had bought my son a watch for his 21st which was today and I didn’t want him to stumble across this.

There are loads of places to buy luxury watches, and when you find a store like Fraser Hart at Bluewater where Jon, Shannon, Tracy and Dan make you feel welcome, then why go anywhere else. No pressure, great deals and a sense that they guys want to genuinely look after you.

I tend not to make recommendations as people have different views on how they should be treated, especially when it comes to luxury items. However, I would not hesitate recommending these guys..

Update: recently purchased a new watch from Fraser Hart Bluewater. Elaine and Oliver have been brilliant. I have been in quite a few times trying to decide and they have both been super helpful and patient as it’s a lot to spend. In the end I dealt with Elaine and she has been fantastic. She has gone over and above to ensure the whole experience has been first class.

My whole experience of Fraser Hart to date has been excellent and that’s down to the team there. They may not know everything about every model, but they make the effort to find out. 5 Stars!!!!

We went to Fraser Hart today to enquire about wedding bands. Little did we know that we would find the perfect rings at the first instance with the amazing help of Marilyn Francomb. Her customer service was outstanding - she gave a personalised 1:1 service and ran us through all our possible options. After we had both tried on several rings, we had settled on the perfect designs. Honestly, we could not be happier with the service and looking forward to collecting our wedding bands.

I purchased my fiances engagement ring from fraser hart bluewater and Pavinder went above and beyond for us. We where in the process of buying our first home so I could not get the ring at the time I wanted it, Pavinder done everything she could to help us keep ahold of the ring and now I can say I managed to get it! Beautiful ring and amazing service. The best service I could have asked for. Thankyou Pavinder!
