This is the best small jewellers to visit!! I have had jewellery made for me that is a one off, plus jewellery repaired. The staff are wonderful, patient and very kind!! Mr Baldock is a real craftsman!! Would definitely recommend this place!!😉

Absolutely avoid at any cost ,

I left my water resistant Bulgari watch there asking if they were sure they are able to change the battery of this kind of watch, “of course is ready by tomorrow” no receipt being given in the first place, 2 h later phone call “ we’ve realized this is an expensive watch so instead of tomorrow it will take other 4 days because we’ll have to send it away to have it done, we don’t do this type of watches in the shop, and to go back and get a receipt, so now I presume they’ve open the watch they broke the seal and then call me,
I was ok with having to wait for 4 days thinking , “awww professional people , they won’t do it if they are not capable to do it in the shop” How wrong was I!!!

Picked up after a week, I give someone a shampoo at the saloon and surprise the watch all steamed up, I took it back, apologizes been given, they’ll sort it out,
Another nearly a week later I’ve been told by mister Baldock on the phone that my watch has prior ruggine and the buttons seal is worn out and it’s not them fault, but they’ve dried it and is ready to collect,
So a perfect watch now all of the sudden is not perfect anymore and is not them fault, I’ve been told I’m rude because I’ve mention the lack of professionalism because I’ve not been given a receipt and not been told that the watch won’t be pressure tested and sealed after having the battery changed, I’ve been told that I got the battery changed and this is what I’ve asked for, without considering that after all this I’ll have to cover the cost myself by sending the watch to Bulgari and have it sealed and perhaps cleaned and repaired which is gonna cost a fortune

To top up the whole thing I’ve been told to get out of his shop and that I’m cheeky, and rude ,
so having a £3000 watch ruined and be treated like a cheeky rude person is unacceptable and obviously I’m gonna press charges and claims against this arrogant mister Baldock which was keep seeing he is a professional and “ I’m a hairdresser “ and he doesn’t talk to people that don’t know what they are talking about,
Obviously I’ll take them to court because I simply cannot stand dishonest people and companies,
Also he said that I’m trying to blame them and the problem is me,
Avoid at any cost if you have an water resistant or waterproof watch because this people are not capable dealing with anything like this,
Foolish me thinking they know what they do,
Any professional Jewellers will tell you if they brake the seal and able to sealed back before you have a battery changed so you have the choice, this is a right , a costumer right

I have used the store a few years ago and was made to think they were giveing me a good deal.and now I know they just con people $2 there offer was for a item,told me it was worthless watch what you sell them if I was you.I get my item back tomorrow and if he was right I will rate his store 5 stars but if he was wrong like i think he was I will tell you all about it .Yes total rip off £3 he offered me when it's worth 20 × that stay away he will rip you off

My go to jeweller, great service, very friendly staff.
Mr Baldock made me a pair of earrings to match an antique peridot necklace, they are amazing.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
