The staff were very nice, helpful, kind and patient. They understood my need of choice I exchanged gold for gold I bought 2 Kara, 2bangles and 2 rings for good price. The guy I think was called Amit the shop was busy yet he approached us with good gesture made us feel valued and not rude at all. Would surely go again in future and will recommend friends and family.

Excellent product choice and very good customer service. Pricing was very reasonable, we bought from four different shops and our family were traveling customers so had vat refund forms from all shops. This was the only shop that was fair and didn’t charge an hidden admin charge. No hesitation in recommending them to all customers. Brilliant after care as well. Thank you to the management

The quality of their products is unmatched and to the highest of standards. Diamond cut, pristine jewellery that keeps its shine and strength, looking brand new even a decade on (brought my bridal set off them almost 10 years ago!).

The service is great with staff being attentive and catering to the needs of the customer rather than just out to make a sale. Even during busy periods their service does not falter.

terrible customer service - they were rude, took away jewelry in the middle of looking at them, and abrupt. nice jewelry but ruined the experience.

The jewellery was really nice however the customer service threw me off so I decided to not purchase anything which was a shame. 5 stars for jewellery 1 star for customer service.

A good place to buy gold. They have variety of collection. The only reason giving 4 star is, it was very very crowded. They are not implementing any queue system.

I used to go there with my wife .
But last fews visit was horrible.
I just compare there price with other shop .
Ambica price is too high with there neighbours.
It's day light robbery.
