We went in to buy wedding bands. Emma was so helpful, so personable and really took the time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. It didn’t feel “salesy”, we felt well informed throughout the process. The complimentary extras were so well received. As a lesbian couple we didn’t feel pigeon holed and the service was excellent. I just want to say Amanda and the team at Steffans go above and beyond and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Many businesses don't seem to care as much about customer service nowadays, Steffans is an exception. They moved heaven and earth for me after I ordered the wrong engagement ring, but nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot emphasise my gratitude enough.
