Great bunch of lads who work here, bought and sold several pieces of heavy gold jewellery over the years, I can't fault them!
I've personally recommended this shop to friends & family. They're mainly on instagram & post alot of video's & pictures.

The staff here are so lovely. Friendly and polite and really proffesional. I would recommend this Jewellers 💯 percent. The quality of the items are top notch, great prices and brilliant staff.

Very poor service Bought braclet took back needed more links waited months said had send it of finally got it back said it was a new one cause it was to much to keep sending back as it was still to small after links put on so got one back suppose be same but it’s lighter smaller but they say it same but wasn’t and def doesn’t weigh the same wouldn’t go back again .

Just got a chain beautiful it was come the next day customer service was A+ will be using them again in the future

Had my clasp repaired on my chain, overpriced was meant to take a week to come back, finally received it after 5 weeks of pestering them.. only for it to come back completely snapped in half, and 2 other links hanging on by a thread, will be lucky to even get a scrap value for it now after only having it 2 months from purchasing here. Also the customer service is shocking

Wonderful team of the friendliest people. So efficient and everything at a fantastic and very reasonable price. Resized a ring for me after another jeweller had turned it away as being too difficult for them. It was no problem with E Haag. Will go here for absolutely all repairs in the future!

This used to be a very good family jewellers back in the day with excellent customer service. My family and I used to buy all our jewellery from Haag. Unfortunately they no longer seem interested in the customer x customer service is diabolical. Manager very rude x jewellery bought sized wrong. Feel quite intimidated in shop too as assistants look like bouncers!! Will not recommend
