I had fantastic customer service recently purchasing a Rolex watch.
Robert went the extra mile in terms of answering my stupid questions about the watch's history and functionality.
He also secured a new strap for me cheaper than I could source on line and ensured delivery arrangements fitted with my commitments at home/work. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

I couldn't visit the shop in person during these tricky covid times, , but this was overcome by the great communications I mentioned and the satisfaction guarantees Robert offered. I honestly wish I could give more stars than 5 for this company. Rob has been absolutely fantastic. With the added stress of not being able to do this in person (or even from the UK due to travel restrictions!) Rob, with the help of his lovely wife, has made the engagement gift for my watch-mad partner extra special. In addition, Rob was super helpful and understanding with sorting out my payment from abroad, and was very easy to reach and keep in contact with.

Rob was even in on my surprise for my partner and went along with my plan. The surprise eventually shocked my partner and it would not have been possible without Rob's help. I cannot appreciate these personal touches enough. Shop with absolute confidence!
