I paid £595 in 2015 for a ring. A year and a month later a stone fell out and a claw broke.I was told it was not covered by the guarantee so had to pay £105 to have it repaired. Another year and one month later yet another stone fell out only to be told it was not covered by the repairs guarantee, it would cost another £95!! to have it repaired. I was told it looks as though I had thumped a wall with my ring. Being in my 70s I am not in habit of thumping walls! I took it to another jeweller in town who made a first class job on it. It would seem I had purchased a secondhand ring and not a new one as I had thought.

Went in to look for a ring, the woman was incredibly friendly and helpful, she talked me through everything and I decided to put a deposit on one of them even though it was too large, as she was so helpful I knew it would be no hassle to get it re sized.
However when we returned the next week to complete the purchase, another member of staff served us and we were shocked by how bad it was, we felt a complete embarrassment and burden to even be in the shop and just wanted to leave as soon as possible, we definitely would not have brought anything had this been our first experience.
I personally will not return but if I was a more confident person and could ask for that particular member of staff, it would definitely be worth the visit for her support

Went in to get my Citizen watch repaired, most helpful, explained I needed it urgently and collected it 1.5 hours later! Fantastic service!

I took two of my rings in to be fixed, re-dipped and engraved. They have both come back as good as new and as beautiful as the day I got them! I am so so happy with the results such an amazing job thank you so much Dean and the team!

Now reopened as lockdown measures have eased for non-essential retail.
Controlled access, max 2 customers at one time, with good hygiene measures (screens, sanitizer). In addition, replacement watch batteries are done overnight, not while-U-wait.

Nice shop and good service, but offer very low on used gold/jewellery compared to others. After getting a few quotes, I sold for twice what Stephen Alan offered!
