I first went in in Monday just gone to enquire about having 2 pieces of jewellery fixed I spoke to a young man who seemed enthusiastic about his job and had great customer service I decided to proceed and have the jewellery fixed and I've just picked it up this afternoon and not only have they fixed the jewellery theyve also had a really good clean and again I dealt with the young man who again demonstrated great customer service.

These are charging 41£ per gram on 9ct gold, worth 25 a gram at best, beware, even H&T are not that greedy.

Perfect service with very friendly staff. Sent my ring to be resized on Monday, returned Friday. Collected this morning and I am so happy with it. Perfect fit and unbeatable price. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you very much

Ordered online, email query was answered quickly and my request was accommodated, order posted same day as payment made, and delivered special delivery the following morning. The piece was exactly as advertised/photographed as well. Great service.

Plenty of choice in Keo. Prices range from thousands for diamonds down to under £10 for small silver items. A good place to buy Christmas presents. The staff are very obliging, with no pressure to buy. I recommend Keo.
