Always such helpful and friendly staff and to be honest, what they don’t know about jewellery just isn’t worth knowing!! Won’t go anywhere else if I can possibly help it. Great service always received .

I popped in this morning to ask for help with making a watch smaller as it was too big. The gentleman that served me was immediately available and sorted the watch for me. He wouldn’t take any money either which was so very kind. Highly recommend, thanks again!

We brought a lovely emerald and diamond ring from Herbert J Stoner for our 5th Wedding Anniversary which my wife is delighted with. Martin and the Team went the extra mile to satisfy us and even not charge for the extra gold to make the ring bigger. Martin was different to other jewlers he did not put pressure on us and let us look through the magnifying glass at the detail quality of the gem stones.The Team clearly have a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Martin who owns HJ Stoner is a lovely honest man who always goes the extra mile for his customers. I always find what I am looking for in his huge range of jewellery, watches, clocks or gifts. All the ladies who work with him are also superb and friendly. I only hope he doesn't retire soon as small towns like Burgess Hill need shop keepers like him. Well done Martin and thank you.

Had my watch resized at Herbert J Stoner today. The shop assistant was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The watch was adjusted within 30 minutes and only cost £10. Thank you very much!

I bought my emerald earring in Stoners' shop and I love them ! They are super nice and I will be definitely coming back to buy some more bling :) :D
