Bought a ring for over £100 in April 2018. Was told if any of the diamond falls off, it can be replaced. Went back January 2019 due to diamond chipping off the ring. It was repaired in February, now the big diamond is catching and has damaged two jumpers and l had a deep scratch on my skin with this ring. It has been taken in again for repairs today. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Aweful! Cheap is definitely the word to use here. My partner bought me some lovely hoop earrings from here and when taking them out one of them started to brcome deformed and bent/frayed around the edges and now is completely deformed. Went back into store and apparently because it hadn't bent in a particular way they wont exchange! No head office number or email address. Unhappy to say the least.

Very nice shop, lots of good offers on jewellery. Helpful staff. Unfortunately did not have the style of gold chain I needed. But worth a look.

Helpful, but not many sizes of rings in stock

In past we had good service here but will not be returning disgraceful and very unhelpful and if you have large hands they love to throw extra charges on despite prices on tag.
6 to 8 weeks to get ring and went to another shop no extra charges and can do ring in 2 weeks big difference.
They maybe cheap but wouldn't recommend this place.
Do not use this shop. Rip people off and disgrimataion against people with disabilities

Shocking customer service today. Wanted to purchase some earrings but because I couldn't take a photo of the earrings I wanted they couldn't help me. Clearly the two young girls were rather fed up that I interrupted their futile chatter amongst themselves... such a shame after being shut so longer you would have thought they would actually ant customers. Pandora didn't, I spent £200 in there

One member of staff not very helpful felt like more of a nuisance than a customer won't be going back 😕
