Dominic was exceptional. My experience really was first class! He personally delivered my new Tag Formula 1, and to say I was excited and overwhelmed by his service was an understatement. 5 star!! I cannot recommend Dominic and Terence Lett highly enough. He really focused on what I would actually want from a watch and paid attention to find me the perfect one. I will definitely be shopping with Terence Lett again.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Terence Lett. Friendly & Professional. I purchased an Automatic Tag with the excellent assistance of Dominic and although I wasn't spending tens of thousands on the latest top of the range millionaires watch , I was still made to feel important. I recently had two items of jewellery repaired at Terence Lett Jewellers. Sophie and the team were extremely knowledgeable with their advice and the estimate for the repair was spot on. Very friendly and professional service and nothing was too much trouble. My items came back to me sparkling like new! I highly recommend.

This review is well overdue. While considering my next purchase and visiting the website, I realised that I hadn’t left one from my last acquisition. It may appear as a backhanded compliment, but these things are also important to know.
I bought a watch that was faulty. Luckily it didn’t fill up with water, but it would’ve if used as intended - the seals were faulty.
Anyway, moral of story is Terence Lett, Dominic in particular, sorted the issue out in record time where I was offered a brand new watch or a refund. I took the former offer and have been happy ever since.
So rest assured that if you are one of the unfortunate ones, you’ll still be in safe and honest hands. Well done 👏

Having recently purchased a 2022 Tag Senna watch from these guys, I could not have been more delighted with the care and assistance I received. It was all done by phone and the order was placed online. Dominic was amazing and bent over backwards to help. I spoke to two other members of staff, who were just as accommodating. I certainly know where I will be going for my next purchase. I cannot stress enough how good the whole purchase experience was.
