Great customer service. I took 8 watches for battery replacement and they were happy to turn it around in the hour! Very reasonably priced too. It's really important to support independent local businesses.

I had my watch battery replaced earlier this year in Haggs jewellers, I was happy with the service then.
The battery didn’t even last 6 months so today I took the watch back and explained the situation to then be told I would have to pay £7.50 for another battery. I was told that the batteries are Swiss and my watch had drained the battery even though the previous battery had been in there for 3 years.
When I challenged the shop and explained this they were not interested. They would not accept that there may be a fault with the battery.
It seems to me they are happy when you are paying them but if there is a problem there attitude is totally different.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone, very disappointed and shocked at the service.

I saw an earlier review where someone had taken a bracelet in to be repaired after other jewellers had refused. I found the guy very helpful on the phone and helpful when I took the watch bracelet in. I'm really happy with the repair completed under an hour and great price too

Sent my partner to sell a necklace yesterday. My partner had to take my son due to childcare. My son asked his dad why we were selling the item, to which your employee responded 'probably to buy food'. How dare you respond that way to a 5 year old boy. After this experience I will no longer be using your branch! I am appalled, and disgusted by the so called 'customer service' that was received. How can you judge somebody like that? I really hope I get a response to this with some form of apology. And I really hope said employee faces the consequences.

Great service for changing 2x watch batteries within an hour and at a great price with professional service. We'll worth visiting if your in Mansfield.
