I left my late mums engagement ring to have a small repair and to be resized, I was unable to collect the ring so a friend did so for me, the repair is shoddy and unacceptable and the ring hasn't been sized to the correct size and just falls off my finger, the phone number is not connecting and the website link broken so I have no way of contacting the jewellers and cannot get into Norwich easily, knowing what I know now I wouldn't trust to leave my ring with them again anyway so I have just been left out of pocket, the ring was very precious to me and I wished I had left well alone... Lesson learnt!

We spent the weekend looking around for wedding rings and it turns out my then girlfriends engagement ring was very difficult to sit flush with any wedding ring.

We were recommended to visit from another jewellers who couldn't accomodate us stating bespoke rings may be the right path and cheaper than you'd think. So we visited Jack Barton.

We met Mark who from the start was extremely open and honest and was confident he could cut the ring flush and at a price within our budget. I also asked about my wedding ring (I wanted platinum and engraved) and he was able to match this too, for a far cheaper price that competitors/chains.

He gave us a combined deal for both rings, provided accurate timelines and updated us regularly. And we were both happy with the end result!

Just happened to be passing and ended up with a new ring, great little shop and knew their stuff. Nice to chat with as well and no pressure.
