I called the shop today to ask if they had a silver cloth in I could buy so I could clean my Iraq medals for parade tomorrow Remembrance Sunday and they gave me the cloth for free and would not except payment , I can not express how proud I am to say public sprit is still in heswall , I thank them from the bottom of my heart I can highly recommend them ,

Rude . The woman who runs the place was very disrespectful to our autistic 4 year old child cause he was having a tantrum as it might have disturbed the non existent customers. Not sure on the diamond design but based on her attitude would never buy anything of them

Lovely couple own it but sadly closing Christmas Eve..they are retiring..some lovely jewellery.. Wonderful repairs..
