Laings - Official Rolex Retailer

Incredible service from Tommy who is normally in the Service team. I'd always had my heart set on a Rolex, and have been on the waiting list for a long time, but Tommy made some excellent suggestions and was very patient as I dismissed a lot of them until I found the perfect IWC. It was great to have a consultant who is well versed in the mechanics of the watches themselves rather than normally being on the sales side. I ended up driving from Worcestershire back to Cardiff the following weekend to make the purchase, and I couldn't be happier. I'd happily recommend Laings who made the experience feel very personal, but I'd strongly recommend Tommy to anyone who is unsure exactly what they want.

Visited the Omega section of Laings to look at a ring of all things. Omega do make rings! Dan was great, after being told by Omega in Birmingham that rings were not available, Dan ordered one and got it back to me in time for our wedding. Excellent service.

Welcomed into the store by Adrien and made to feel very relaxed, they soon introduced us to Juan to take me through fitting and registering an interest. The whole experience was great. Juan was very knowledgeable and soon tailored what I wanted to the perfect product while Adrien and my wife discussed how eternity jewellery could fit around her work. Both were very personable and we came away praising their can do attitude and how they treated us from start to finish.

I look forward to future meetings and can't wait for the phone call to rush in and get the gift that we want to mark a key achievement.

Superb service from Tom and Ashley at Laings recently. I am a first time Rolex customer but received fantastic service and was made to feel very welcome by the staff there, both with quickly sourcing and supplying my watch, a Rolex OP 36. I had been on a waiting list with another dealer since April 2021 but not heard anything. I’m so glad I went to Laings, and highly recommend them to you.

Thoroughly enjoyed every buying experience I’ve had at the store dealing with numerous members of staff who all help together to cover the variety of products available in store. When buying I’ve always been met with a warm smile and a great knowledge/enthusiasm for the product I am buying. Can’t recommend Ryan and the team at the Cardiff store highly enough.

Amazing Service From Ryan and Martin.
Sat down with Ryan on a few occasions and he couldn’t do enough for me. Super helpful and so insightful. As was Martin, outstanding knowledge and both so easy to talk to. Would highly recommended to any watch enthusiast.

Got in touch regarding a replacement Cartier watch strap, had an appointment regarding options am still waiting for them to get back to me. This was 6 months ago. Whenever I contact them the person dealing with it is on leave? Two other high end watch dealers in St.Davids Centre have been much more helpful. Wouldn't waste my time with them!
