I was bowled over by the service and attention to detail that I experienced when my fiancé bought my engagement ring from Quincys. I had been slightly apprehensive about buying online as we’d already had a bad experience and I wondered if I could really trust diamonds that were being sold via the Internet. I shouldn’t have worried because everything was in perfect order.

Amit was a total pleasure to deal with and it was clear that he wanted our experience to be a very special one. My ring arrived very carefully and thoughtfully wrapped in a gorgeous box within a gift bag within copious amounts of gorgeous pink tissue paper and a sturdy shipping box to ensure it emerged as though it had just been wrapped in front of me.

He kept in touch every step of the way so we knew exactly when the ring would arrive and provided a very quick service when I needed it resizing as it was a one off that was slightly too small. I had been told by other jewellers that it couldn’t be done but it was and I honestly cannot see any sign of it being adjusted.

I doubt that any jeweller could beat the service we experienced and I certainly didn’t think we would be able to afford the kind of quality and workmanship that is evident in the ring we bought. I’ve had so many comments on the clarity of the diamonds and how brightly they sparkle, I am still showing it off to whoever will listen!

We have nothing but praise for Quincys, you can certainly buy from them with complete confidence. I still have a cheeky little smile when I pass the rings in high street jewellers because I know the unbeatable value and quality we got from Quincys!
