Amazing service from the very helpful staff here. I had 3 rings re-sized and they have all returned sparkling and you cannot see the joint either. They now fit perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Probably the best Jeweler's in North Wales, customer service is excellent very helpful and knowledgeable. always shop here for bespoke requirements especially repairs.
Don't waste your time searching Amazon and eBay for gift ideas. I needed 5 leaving gifts for fellow colleagues at short notice. The tankards and goblet are much better quality than you will find online. All engraved and ready within a couple of days. Bespoke engraving of the highest quality if you provide hi-res images. Colleagues loved their leaving gifts... Thank you again all at PWHale :)

It is a great place with really friendly and experienced staff I had my watch fixed here. Had the screen and hands fixed I'm really happy with the service I would highly recommend this place

Absolutely amazing service! Staff are extremely friendly and the work done was superb. I got two ring resized and when I went to pick them up you could not tell they had work done to them. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely return in the future if I need anymore work done. Thanks guys

Took ring in on 9 jan was told today 21 that it cannot be enlarged gutted as shop was recommended

Excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this jewelry shop enough. Nothing is too much trouble and very reliable service and care with everything they do especially when working on pieces of sentimental pieces of jewelry and watches. Highly recommended
