When yesterday buy a necklace but bit small but the women resized it and it was ready to be picked up 2day great service

Shocking service .excuse after excuse .for a simple resizing job .never altered ring after three weeks .told it would be ready repeatedly .ruinined our engagement party .avoid avoid these .
