Ordered some chandbalis for Eid and was absolutely stunned at the weight and quality of them! It’s easy to find businesses selling jewellery online however you will not find as intricate, beautiful and high quality jewellery as Deeya’s. Nadia is an absolute gem too - super personable, patient and helpful!

3 weeks ago I contacted Nadia via Instagram to order a set I'd seen on their stories. Her service was very efficient and I was told I should have the set in around 7 weeks. However I was pleasantly surprised this morning when the post man handed me a package from Deeya Jewellery. I was further pleased when I opened the set. So much more than the pictures. The quality and finishing all 10/10. The only regret I have is not taking a picture of the packaging, it was so beautiful but I was too impatient 😂 My first ever order from Deeya but definitely not the last ❤

Absolutely amazing customer service. I can’t fault a thing from the beginning to the end! Nadia, you really take your time to find the perfect look for your clients. I felt like I was actually listened to and we had a full consultation on what was right for me. There is no pressure, Nadia is genuine and passionate! We travelled from West Yorkshire and it was so worth it.
Ordered my bridal jewellery, we changed colours and a few styles, this was no issue for Nadia! I was quite nervous as I changed colours, however, there were regular updates and Nadia made sure I was happy before finalising it and having it delivered.

I recently bought a set from Deeya Jewellery … first time purchase… my new favourite jewellery shop. Nadia has made my life so easy - dealing with my indecisive bridal needs yet delivery immaculate service. Quick response and she gives her honest opinion which I appreciate A LOT! I bought the jewellery and Nadia sent it out the next following day and even included free saharay’s that I added last minute to the order, how cute. As for the jewellery…. I am in LOVE! My favourite set I have and I have purchased quite a few sets for the wedding. The quality is amazing for the price and it’s so timeless. Gutted I didn’t go for Deeya Jewellery for all my wedding sets as she has a huge variety. Nonetheless I am very happy and would 100% recommend to future brides and their families to shop at Deeya.

I have ordered from Deeya jewellery for my Nikah to ship to USA and I loved all of the jewelleries. I wish her store was in USA so I could visit in person to do the consultation. However, still they responded me timely in Instagram and provided quick urgent delivery. Their jewellery finishing is very nice. I ordered from others whose stone’s usually falls after couple of handling but these are really good in quality. I highly recommend deeya and nadia.

Amazingggggg customer service, amazing range of products, simply stunning but above all, just an amazing person to work with! My BESPOKE jewellery was made with such care, comfort and confidence within A WEEK delivered to my door, I was super SUPER impressed, was kept in the loop and just felt super content and happy with how amazingly everything was handled and sent out to me. Everyone complimented the jewellery and I've reccomended Deeya jewellery to all my freinds and family, will definitely come back, simply amazing can't reccomend enough!!! :)

I contacted Nadia via her Instagram page requesting a pearl necklace. She sent me multiple options, once we decided which one I liked, she allowed complete customisation of the jewellery. We added on a dangling pearl to the necklace and made the earring pearls larger. I requested an “imperfect” water pearl and she send me multiple options to choose from. She even had the necklace built so I could visualise my design prior to purchase! I then travelled to her store to ensure it sat right on my neck, requested further customisation and it was then posted to me.

Not only did Nadia allow free customisation she allowed me to feel 100% confident prior to purchase. Her service, attitude and professionalism is outstanding. I rarely have felt so valued as a customer, especially considering I was only purchasing this one set. She is very realistic with the time frames she gives and her delivery was a couple of days prior to my due date agreed.

The quality of the jewellery I received was impeccable, every pearl and stone sits perfectly with a very clean finish. I genuinely could not recommend Deeya Jewellery more, if you wish to have professional service with good quality jewellery then it just starts with a friendly reply on Instagram (or an order from her website).

Nadia as a business owner and point of contact is perfectly responsive, warm, and just a pleasure to deal with. Her products speak for themselves. Nadia helped me find the perfect bangles for my wedding, went through the trouble of having the bangles set specifically designed to match my dress, and most importantly, helped to get them delivered asap as I'd placed the order far too close to the day of my wedding. Would surely be using her services again! Highly recommend Deeya.
