I can't thank the team enough (especially Helen) for designing and making a pendant in memory of my Granny with her engagement diamond. Great attention to detail and time spent coming up with a number of designs. They ensured I was happy with everything and kept me updated with the progress. They also incorporated sand into my design for me and provided a sample of this before going ahead. I would highly recommend Justin Richardson's to anyone. I am over the moon with the end product. As a young man I've gone through a variety of rings, chains etc and never seen it more than just a piece of jewelry however the compass symbol over time has become something important to me for some very personal reasons. Knowing I wanted it as a pendant I had no idea what to do until talking to you. The care and attention given in to something so important it felt such a personal service from day one, feels like something that will symbolise me as it gets passed down generations and I came away with an understanding of just how much work and craftsmanship it needs to make something that will last for such a long time. Worth every single penny and I really couldn't be happier with it so any young person looking for an investment I would strongly advise speaking to the team!

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who contributed to making the wonderful Tudor bonnet charm I requested for my daughter, to celebrate her achieving her Doctorate. To say she loved it would be an understatement. It is an amazing piece of jewellery. The skill and workmanship that went into it was stunning. Having the photos that followed it’s journey made it even more special. Thank you all once again.

Andy and the team were so incredibly helpful with my commission. I wanted something really special for my mum’s 70th and they were wonderfully patient and creative coming up with beautiful designs and ideas whilst also keeping to a budget. Excellent craftsmanship and exemplary customer service!

Me and my now wife had our wedding rings and her engagement ring done by Justin Richardson, I've attached a photo of all three, and honestly they were wonderful. They were all lovely people who were thorough and low stress, knew what they were doing and advised me really well through the entire process. They delivered all of the rings ahead of schedule and have resized my wife's engagement ring once when we came back from holiday after getting engaged instantly for free and then my ring when needed on the spot. They are a class service and If they don't deserve 5/5 I don't know what shop does.

Excellent service and expertise at JR Jewellers. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and when it comes to jewellery that is important to you, they treat it with the upmost care and respect.
