Merci Maman

I ordered an engraved bracelet for my boyfriend and he really liked it. There was a little misunderstanding with the engraving but the Merci Maman team was so nice and helpful. They replaced the wrong piece and offered to post it free of charge. Great service and lovely jewellery!

Saw my friend had lots of nice bracelets from Merci Maman (from years ago) and so decided to buy my own piece. The “gold” necklace looked a lot like rose gold than actual yellow gold. The customer service was borderline rude and was ready to hang up after every sentence until I said the item is not personalised and so agreed to let me return it.
Disappointing as the marketing photos look very gold and if the colour of their jewellery “varies” they should try get more consistent metals to use.

Ordered a lovely bracelet, received it really quick and it's absolutely gorgeous and hand engraved. They also updated me when it was send out. Great experience

Ordered two bangles and one bracelet for my sisters from here and they are nice and good quality and very fast service. I have received the personalised items within 4 days of ordering and it came with a little card with the name of the person who engraved it which is really nice.

One bracelet link broke after 9 months or so and when I contacted them about repairing it, they’ve sent me a new one instead for free.

I ordered a personalised necklace for a friend, very last minute. After speaking to a very helpful Misha, I received the necklace in time, and Misha very kindly arranged a super speedy delivery as a good will gesture.
