Jewellery falls apart within weeks and neither the store nor customer service email address acknowledge or resolve the matter. Do not buy from them as the quality of their products and their customer service are shocking.

One of the nicest jewellery places with super nice and accommodating workers. My sister and I went around so many different shops but couldn’t find the earrings we wanted which were the sterling silver rose earrings, and luckily we found it in their shop. If i could remember correctly, the workers names that day were Almira and Nadia. I loved how helpful and patient they were with us. I really appreciate how they made sure we’d get what we were looking for. Very professional employees, with amazing customer service. Will definitely come back soon!!

Excellent service, excellent stylish products absolutely love it!! I first discovered e&e online and ordered from their website where I received excellent service and one day walking past Camden, I noticed their beautiful shop and just wowww, amazing products and great helpful staff. I now visit this store frequently and I cannot help myself walking past without gazing at their amazing display. Staff is extremely helpful and I'm just in love with all their products and want to buy them all.

As a person who like to wear this style of jewellery, I loved their wide range of products and the quality of them. As their prices are reasonable, I have purchased quite a lot of and I am very happy with all, and would recommend people to have a visit to this store.

Incredibly rude dark haired girl running the shop today who was unbelievably unhelpful - would highly avoid if you don’t want to be grunted at when you want to buy jewellery from this shop. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she needs some help with customer service. I took my £45 elsewhere - green fingers and tarnishing rings aren’t a good look anyway! 😊
