A scam company. I received 2 pairs of earrings that were nothing like the photos, ex: in image the stones looked bevel set but in person they looked glued on. I tried on one pair and my ears reacted with redness, itching and swelling in a couple hours, so they are not hypoallergenic as they claim. I wrote to ask fro a return and they told me they do not do returns on earrings... so i sent them a screenshot of the earring listing on their site which promises returns. They accepted "as a special service" and gave me the return info, and i immediately followed their instructions, filled out the necessary form and mailed the earrings back. It has been months and i have not received a reimbursement and they have not answered any of my emails. Absolute swindlers.
