BMG provided a bespoke design for me for a beautifully crafted, one of a kind ring. The perfection to detail was insane considering the complex and intricate design of the ring. I am extremely pleased with the ring received. The price was very fair, and staff were brilliant in helping answer queries and questions around the design process. I would 100% recommend using BMG for any Jewellery purchases or tweaks. Have already gone back for a separate ring resize and was completed very quickly!

Wonderful service from Barney and Caroline. We started with a basic eternity ring design in our heads, and Barney applied his skill and imagination to help us design the perfect sapphire, diamond & gold ring for us. Very impressed with the overall service - thoroughly recommended!

I wanted to create a new ring incorporating diamonds from my grandmother’s engagement ring. From the first contact I had with BMG, I knew I was in safe hands. I’d already experienced great customer service from them since I’d first had my nose pierced and a diamond nose stud made back in 2009, and I’d bought a few pieces of jewellery since, so I knew the quality of the jewellery was great too. I sent Barney a picture of the kind of design I wanted and he sent me some CAD designed images of how my ring would look. He tweaked and worked on it till I was 100% happy , I sent a deposit and he started work on making the ring. It took around 6 weeks and it was ready. Caroline kept in touch with me throughout so I knew what was happening. I couldn’t get down to Burgess Hill to collect it so it was sent by Special Delivery, well packaged, and in a stunning ring box which illuminates when you open it! The ring is beautiful and just what I wanted. It’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with BMG. They’re a small business with a big heart and a commitment to understanding their customers and giving them exactly what they want. Friendly, fast, efficient, professional and really affordable - what more could you ask for? Can’t recommend the team too highly. Thank you, to all at BMG! x

Excellent service and quality! We started our process with just wanting to get an engagement ring designed. The team were incredibly helpful in guiding us on the design and were extremely accommodating with our various changes through out. We were so impressed that we decided to get a wedding band done at the same time, and again cant thank the team enough for their patience with adding more to the initial work. Communication was great throughout! Couldn't have been more happy with the overall service and final products!
