My late husband and I found Roger by accident - but what a lucky accident! He made my engagement and our wedding rings and we couldn't have been more delighted with the first class service we got from Roger and Lesley. From the initial consultation through to the design and advice on how to choose a quality diamond, every step was unhurried and informative. When my husband died suddenly, I had no hesitation in asking for Roger's help to transform my husband's wedding ring into something I could wear to remind me of him. It was important to me to keep the ring as near as possible to the original but to add a certain something to it. The result was a beautiful blue sapphire set into his ring. Perfect.

I was looking to design a ring upgrade from original engagement ring to include an inherited stone.
I had visited Roger a few years ago and was impressed. We then relocated to Chicago, USA and all thoughts of a new ring went until my husband gave me a larger diamond to add to my stones and design. After seeing many designers here locally I knew I still wanted to go back to see Roger in his studio in Nutfield.
In June this year for our annual trip back to England my husband and I met Roger and his wife and we agreed on a design. The design needed a few more small diamonds and his ability to source quickly at a fair price was great!
Roll forwards to October and I returned to England to see family and pick up my completed piece.
I am beyond thrilled with the result. No-one has a ring like mine and it is a real statement piece that I could stare at for hours!
The fact we live 3000 miles away didn’t phase me or Roger in the design process and I was able to see from an emailed design picture that I would be happy. I highly recommend!

Amazing service, we set a budget, he showed me various stones in my price range, explaining/ showing/ teaching me the differences before I picked my stones. We explored different design ideas that I had for the ring, before he designed and sent the ring graphics to me. He sourced the perfect purple sapphires using his extensive contacts. The ring is stunning and my partner loves it. Can praise him enough for his service, both in person and making the ring.

I had Roger custom design a diamond and sapphire ring. The experience could not have been better. Roger clearly explained my options on design choices, stones and settings. We set a budget and stuck to it. He remained very communicative on progress (despite a pandemic!) and created a ring that was somehow both exactly what I wanted and far beyond expectations.
