STILL waiting for a delivery from an order made back in November 2020!

I understand there are delays going on in the world with the current situation however I did not expect to be still waiting this long!

I purchased a ring intended for my partner, originally as a birthday gift (I even paid next day delivery to make sure it came on time)... After processing my order and taking payment, I then received an email to say that they didn't actually have it in stock and that it was on back order, this was not made clear at the buying stage! Now, I'm a calm, patient guy, so I waited... And waited... And waited... I heard nothing from them and no birthday gift for my lady!!

I called them up mid December for an update on my order, the gentleman was a friendly chap to be fair, he explained the back order issue but assured me it should be delivered before or just after Christmas (hopefully I would make up to my partner with an Xmas gift)...

New Years came, and still no ring! Fair to say I was getting pretty frustrated now... I called up again, another friendy lady answered and told me that it has been dispatched and should be with me within a week... I've checked with Royal Mail and apparently they are still waiting for Acotis to hand my package over to them! Acotis say Royal Mail are having delays, and I can understand that, but come on... Over 2 months I have been waiting now and still no ring! Will it come in time for valentines? Who knows...

There website has a good selection of items, customer service were friendly... However this is all useless if they can't even fulfill their orders!
Really disappointed, I just hope that the ring is going to show up one day, maybe when I'm lying on my death bed....

Very happy with the service. My first time using but would definitely use again and recommend.
I ordered a piece of Jewellery for my birthday and in just over 24 hours the item was received!! I ordered at a weekend on standard delivery so very happy with the service.
The website also offer discount codes on sale items which was a bonus.

I ordered an item of jewellery as a Christmas present, which didn’t arrive. I have been emailing Acotis since December asking for their assistance in getting a refund and have been getting either no response or just wishy washy ‘we’ll look into it’ responses.

I can’t recommend this company if this is how they treat their customers. Seriously consider before using.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I've had a couple of issues that were not resolved including the below problem. They are very unprofessional and take not responsible!

Do not buy from this company's website! Your order can go through even if the items are out of stock. I paid for next day delivery and was emailed saying some items were out of stock the day after my payment had gone through. They had also emailed to say the item's in stock had been posted. I would have rather cancelled the whole order and brought the products from a more reliable site! Communication via email was also very unhelpful! I would advise anyone not to shop at this site!

Amazing! Ordered a beautiful Katie Loxton bag from Acotis and could not be happier. Really lovely customer service and received my items quickly! Definitely recommend.

necklace flimsy and of questionable quality arrived in a plastic bag, not in a box, like in the pictures from the website!
difficult to return as they don't provide a return label.

This absurd company has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times.
To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them.

I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted.

Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.

I placed an order and 2 days after I got an automated email saying the item was not available anymore. Thye offered a discount on the next order but didn't provide a code. They obviously need to work on their website and user experience as well as their customer service.
