I was very anxious about sending my precious rings but I had no need. Fantastic communication and my rings are just perfect. I now have my 2 new restyled rings proudly worn on my ring finger where they should be. My granny would be so happy to see me actually being able to love her ring as much as she did. I am beyond delighted with my beautiful pieces of redesigned jewellery. My jewellery was/is very special to me. I had my engagement ring and wedding band redesigned into a stunning combined piece and some old jewellery I no longer wore into a lovely bangle. The process was very detailed yet fun and enthusiastic. I was included and informed the way through. I found Liri on Facebook and then Instagram, and I am so incredibly pleased I did. Had seen a few posts and loved the jewellery but took me a while to decide if it was the right thing to do. Really appreciated Natalie’s patience whilst I came to the decision, the choice of designs and the talent in bringing it altogether. I have not worn my engagement ring for about 20 years and had other rings which had great sentimental value to me, but not my style. I have looked at redesign for a while, but other jewellers seemed to just want to perhaps use only part of the original. Natalie’s approach was refreshingly different, to creatively work with the jewels and the gold of the original piece.

I cannot put into words how delighted I am with the finished pieces. I can wear my engagement ring again, it just looks different! Busy recommending to everyone who admires my stunning rings.

Great and easy re-design experience with Liri jewellery. I had spent a lot of time over a couple of years discussing a re-design of a sentimental ring into two rings for me and my sister. Other jewellery companies were either unreliable or extremely expensive. With Liri however the process was so smooth and I’m so happy with the different idea to use the stone in one ring and the metal in another. Both me and my sister are so happy with the outcome!

I contacted Natalie about resetting my engagement ring. The setting was dating and showing signs of age, but with huge emotional significance (it was my mother in laws ring). Natalie was great from start to finish, she was quick to respond to messages and she just completely “got” what I was after and totally delivered. Very reasonably priced too.
