Cute little crystal shop with lots of lovely jewelry, crystals and gifts. Really friendly staff, located in a quaint little cobbled street.

Went to visit this lovely store for the first just in time before the second-lockdown. I visited with my sister and was pleasantly by the wonderful selection. It was very difficult to choose just one item. With the discount on pink and green items I got a great deal on a piece for myself and one as a gift for my sister. The staff member there was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I look forward to visiting again in the future, it is sure to be a got to store from now on.

I didn’t have a pleasant experience with the two ladies who either worked there as staffs or if they are the owners of the shop. Sadly to experience that they were pretty impolite, and unwelcoming. During the time I was looking at crystals in the shop, one of the two mentioned loudly that “ Why it’s suddenly smelling so fishy here!? We’ve never had this smell in the shop before! “ Then the other lady said “ It’s not from me.” ……. Well, to be very positive, even if they didn’t mean anything about me. I found it was very inappropriate and unprofessional to say such thing as conversation when a customer is there. Very strange negative attitude and expression that is so contrast to what’s supposed to be kind and positive energy from natural crystals indeed. It puts me off their other branches, whose staff may be more professional and kind.

Wow . The ladies there are very unwelcoming , and they have no idea what they have in their shop . I asked about citrine, and one of the lady very BOTHERED but took her time to show me some spheres . Afterwards she welcomed me out :)))) . As she believed i was finished looking around the shop .

Disgraceful, they have no interest in the actual crystals , it is a business and a business ONLY .

Will not step foot again in their shops .

I went to this shop yesterday. The woman was extremely rude to my 12 year old daughter, barked at her whilst shoving food in her mouth “ have you sanitised your hands “ which my daughter had ! I asked her not to be so rude her reply “ I’ve not eaten yet !” Then asked which one was the moonstone as there were two labels on one area , there were none left but instead of saying “ oh sorry that should have been taken off , she said “ well obviously there’s none left “ . My daughter was so upset by the woman’s dreadful attitude. Really rude woman !!!! Clearly the crystal are NOT working for her !!! Nasty rude unkind woman that literally ruined my daughters shopping experience. We will never go back
