God help you should you need to return something to the store bought online, wished I had have gone somewhere else.

Two trips there and nearly 2 hours later, on phone to head office.

Fantastic service!! I have been to 3 different Ernest Jones stores however the Blackburn branch is by far the most welcoming and most helpful. I was welcomed by 2 lovely ladies, Asma and Madina. They both helped me pick out the perfect item I was searching for and also went out their way to update me through every process as the item I purchased had to be sent off for resizing. I will most definitely come back to this store in the future as the it is the service that caught my eye. Prices are also reasonable with multiple offers always arrising. Good quality products also

Rehana and staff are the most friendly and helpful people you could meet. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Shop could do with a makeover though. Ernest jones, get your finger out.

Staff were great and helped when the ring diddnt fit so ordered 1 from another shop to get delivered to the shop

The young asian girl who served me and my wife was very polite and professional. The prices for items are reasonable as well.
