Didn't feel the staff were knowledgeable about the products and a long wait to be served. Had wonderful service in an independent jewellers in Romsey instead. Lots of choice in Ernest Jones if you are after regular high street jewellery and staff were friendly.

Nice selection of jewellery and the sale prices are pretty good. They were more than happy to resize the ring I bought free of charge.

On Recent visits I have been dealing with the lovely Haley who has surpass my expectations. Great customer service and beyond helpful.
Probably wouldn't be quite so enthusiastic on returning if it wasn't for the experience Hailey gives. 👍

Called in for repair and to purchase gold chain and bangle lovely friendly welcome from sales lady hayley. She got my repair and checked it over and showed me it for my inspection which was perfect .she was helpful when choosing my chain and gave advice.she also showed me bracelet which I tried on. As always the bueatiful jewelry is so well made and worth the money paid was very happy with my purchases and sales lady .i was made to feel as though I was very important will always use this shop
