Utterly fantastic buying experience 8th June ‘22 for a high-end watch. The store is welcoming and open and a smile from all of the shop-floor staff. They simply couldn’t do enough to make you feel good and assist in every way possible. No pressure sales , just good honest professional advice and supreme customer service. This would be my first choice store for any future purchase without a doubt. Well done to the management team here — you’ve nailed it 💪

I had a ring stuck on my middle finger for like three days and me being an international student did not know where to get my ring removed and so my last resort was this store in west quay and the women at the entrance was like " we might have someone to help you no worries" to be honest I was scared they wouldn't be able to because it looked like a fancy jewellery store. Anyways after a while a women named CAROL came and saved me from my three hellish days. She went through the whole process and told me exactly what she was doing. She made me feel safe and the customer service was just top-notch. So a BIG THANK YOU to Carol and the woman at the entrance <3 <3<3 I rlly appreciate your help :D

Excellent customer service, our sales representative was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. From the moment we entered the store we felt safe from covid19 and treated like VIPs. Our assistant went above and beyond, what was a very upsetting trip to us, was suddenly turned into warm personal experience. Thank you.

Awful, abysmal service from a team of miserable zombies with absolutely no interest in their job. Customer service? Non-existant.

I entered the store today and was greeted by a young man, who initially seemed fairly friendly.

I explained to him that I was particularly interested in gold chains, and he pointed out the areas of the shop which contained said items.

I found a Gucci bracelet that caught my eye, but the young man had since left me to browse. I attempted to get the attention of three other staff members who were all slouched around the place on their phones. No one came. Me and my friend were the only people in the shop.

The young man eventually came over and I asked him if I could try it on. He seemed genuinely irritated that I had asked. Then he couldn’t find the keys to the display cabinet, so he went off through a door. I waited around 5 minutes but he didn’t come back. So I left!

I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money, but I left with nothing.

A few months ago I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from this store for £4,500 and I had a great experience, but things have obviously gone downhill since then. Really upsetting

I will NEVER return to this shop.

I am not one for leaving reviews, however the 'service' or rather lack of that I have experienced from this company has been awful. I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing mine and my husbands wedding rings here. Most recently damage caused to my engagement ring by them, resulting in me being without it for over a year now. I would strongly suggest people take their business elsewhere as the products and subsequent service is awful.
