I went to Winchester Christmas Market today and picked out some gorgeous Peach huggie earrings. They are so beautiful from the most beautiful ladies, thank you very much for a perfect design.

I went to Winchester market to pick up some gold hoop earrings. Very disappointed as one fell out due to loose latch. Poorly made. Do not shop here as not worth the money! Customer service poor and they are not willing to replace!!
Monica vinader is a thousand times better and all their jewellery has a 5 year guarantee so you know it will last!

Very poor service, I ordered sparkle drop earrings from their website as a present for my sister 2 weeks before Christmas, 4 weeks later and I still have not had confirmation that they have been despatched. Delays happen right, but I have emailed them twice asking for an update on my order and they have not had the courtesy to even acknowledge my emails. This is no way to run a business and I certainly won’t be wasting my time or money with them again.
