Staff very helpful and assisted in any request given. Could not fault the experience. replaced a watch (different watch obtained) under the accidental damage cover and bought an entire charm bracelet and charms (note to self: never take the wife again as this wasn't the plan lol).
Prices are above average but there are some good deals in store to be had, as my wife quickly discovered...
However I'd always pay more for pleasent and helpful staff that are willing to help and recommend options and offers available.

I recently enquired into getting **excuse the phrase** my wife's ring resized, the staff attending were very helpful, polite and well presented, however, and this is why I drop one star, the service and cost, combined with the need to send the ring away for this to happy was very disheartening.

Good selection at reasonable prices, nice staff. What let's this store down is the shabby carpet. The rain can puddle outside, so maybe have flooring that can be mopped.

Staff so helpful with a fault that had occurred within the metal of fiancée's engagement ring. Explained in detail the issue and replaced the ring.

The salesperson easily refunded my Christmas present and re-ordered the correct size. Ring was ready for collection in-store a day early and I received text to let me know. Fantastic experience.

I wanted some silver snowflake earrings. They did not have any.

If they have the item you want in store than they are great. The staff are polite and helpful. However if you need anything ordered, just don't. They say they will have an item by a set date and they never do. They say they will call you with an update. They never do. Something they say will take a day or two can end up taking weeks but they will tell you it will be ready tomorrow every time you call.

Bought lovely 'Lunar Pilot chronograph' wanted for a long time, at a very reasonable price thanks to sale gift code. After a couple of issues, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My issues were resolved extremely quickly.
