Faultless... We went in to buy both our wedding rings. Neither were available on the day but the Manager, Mark measured our fingers ordered them for us I received a text next day to say they were ready. When we went to pick them up they cleaned my fiancé's engagement ring to match the new wedding ring, brilliant service. All the staff were very attentive, Mark in particular, we can't recommend this place enough

Very dissapointed with the service. Totally ignored in shop as staff appeared more busy fussing about the shop instead of taking more interest in their customers. After waiting a considerable amount of time for some acknowledgement, we left and purchased at another store. This shop must be doing so well to be able to turn down such a high purchase.

We were served by Natasha today who was super friendly and welcoming. Showing interest in us and our wedding Natasha was fantastic at helping us purchase the right wedding rings for us and our life style but still having the look we wanted.

Could not recommend enough.

Also purchased engagement rings from the Gloucester store which were also fantastic.

Very poor delivery service used by Ernest Jones. Received a message from the Delivery company , delivery between 8am-6pm . Not even now (17.32) after I wait all day long didn’t arrived. I will not recommend.

Manager is awesome, all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and know thier products, always happy and chatty, nothing is to much trouble for them.

Excellent service received on our visit and we will definitely shop here again. We did make a purchase and we are very pleased with it.
