I took in a antique piece of jewelry that wasn't hallmarked as alot of antique jewelry wasn't I asked the man in there if he could please test the piece he didn't seem to pleased to do so and almost looked down his nose at me the piece turned out to be 15ct that I found out from a different shop that by the way where very helpful,as Mann's told me it was no more than 9ct gold but the worst part was the absolutely ridiculous test mark that he left right in the center of the piece rendered it completely unsalable apart from the scrap value wasn't impressed not recommended

Amazing customer service, all the staff are friendly and informative! It's a beautiful little shop. I recently bought a silver chain for my tigers sue pendant. I. Very pleased! I will be going back very soon to get a present for my mother and little sister.

Really struggling to get a unique (and nice) wedding ring for a reasonable cost. Spoke to Nigel and he came up with a great solution. I now have an amazing and beautiful hand made platinum ring, fo rthe half the cost I had been quoted by many others. It did take a little time to do, but I am glad it was not rushed. Good service and great ideas - thank you am looking forward to wearing this every day!

Terrific service and great selection of beautiful jewellery. Chose a beautiful necklace for my Mother-In-Law's 80th Birthday. We weren't quite sure of the ideal length she'd wear the necklace. Nigel kindly suggested adding a couple of extra gold rings to enable choice of length. We asked a lot of questions and Nigel and his team were do knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I'm sure the jewelry in the shop is eclectic and definitely sought after by some, however, my experience of trying to get my earring cloned was not the best.

After going into the store my request was confused as wanting to sell my one earring. No problem there so far, but they valued it at £26... I mentioned I wanted to get the earring cloned and they said it would cost a couple of thousand due to it not being handmade. It could be that they do not have the tools, and they have all rights to charge what they think for something such as this. However, I know what the cost was for the pair of earrings and have had other quotes for it to be re-made. I'm just shocked at the lowball offer for the one earring if I was to sell it.

Personally I Would enter into the shop with an air of caution, as it seems to me as if they are likely to try and rip you off.
