Dear Sir/Madam

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for an engagement ring for my partner as it needed to be sized.  We ordered a size ‘i’ and picked it up today Friday 17th and it’s the wrong size as it’s still too big. She was measured by the sales assistant.

Can I add as well, that when buying and ordering the ring we received very poor customer service from the manager in the Worcester store. There was a problem ringing up the details on the computer which the lovely sales assistant was trying to deal with in a professional manner. However, the manageress was rude, she tutted and huffed and puffed. She shouted across to us about having to pay the full balance instead of just a deposit because of their mess up and asking ‘Why, can you not pay the full amount?’

The whole experience was incredibly embarrassing and took all of the fun out of choosing an engagement ring for my partner. We were stood at the till for 25 minutes while this shamble went on. Now the ring has arrived it’s not the size I ordered as it doesn’t fit her!

This has ruined the whole experience of this special event, I expect a full explanation as to how this has happened?

I will be returning to the Worcester store to discuss this however I do not feel comfortable discussing this with the rude female manager.

Absolutely amazing service. Dropped off my necklace which was so tangled, they untangled in under two hours and didn’t charge anything for it! So so pleased I get to wear my favourite necklace again.

Always been my go to jewellery shop but unfortunately my local shop has now closed. Needed a new pair of earrings at a reasonable price and found just what I needed. Even better I was offered an additional discount for purchasing on that day. The shop was inviting and well laid out and the lady assistant extremely helpful and friendly.

My partner went here to buy my engagement and wedding bundle as a surprise for me. He was served my Amanda. Fantastic member of staff and a real credit to the store and team. She knew everything about the stock to Sizing and went above and beyond with her service. Even when I went back to have to ring resized she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much for making our experience a memorable one.

Bought my wife a lovely ring. When it came to pay, the ticket price was substantially lower than the actual price. The assistant checked with the manager and without hesitation we were told " no problem" and were charged the ticket price. Charming sales advisor and lovely shop.

I am not very good with technology and could not set my lovely Citizen radio controlled eco watch. So dropped into H. Samuel in Worcester today. The manager Richard was incredibly helpful and set my watch for me. It is a lovely store with very friendly staff and a fine selection of watches. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them. Thank you.

Really unimpressed. Told to wait 4 weeks. Did that and no ring?. Went into store and shop not open on time? and didn't have a clue. Waited for them to contact me the next day which they said they would and didn't? Went down there again 3 days later and got my ring back. The Sunday staff I feel are useless. Lack of communication and customer service. Will definitely not be using them again.
