Charles Fish Jewellers - Harlow

Went to get my ring finger size. Not really impressed, yes the staff was helpful in providing me with the information I needed, but they did not provide me or us with an acceptable customer service experience. They did not try and sell me a ring or try have a conversation with us, just here is the ring put it on your self and this is the size. Likely due to my sexuality. Not impressed.....

I phoned the branch first to enquire if they stocked the Nomination bracelet. She was so helpful over the phone. Went into the branch and purchased the bracelet and 2 tiles and was served by Jordan. Excellent service.

Staff god awful. No care or customer value. Lost out on a high item bought due to there incompetence. Walked in yesterday to try on a watch i waited kindly to get from window until another customer Walked in asking for something. instead of asking her to wait or see to her other colleague who could of help she dealt with her; leaving me to wait even longer...was I less important.?
once I waited no apology no thankyou just what watch did you want to try on..so rude. once I discovered the strap was too danty I wanted to try on something thicker with sturdier strap. Once advised wasn't one I walked back out to check the window and saw the perfect watch so re entered to see that a new customer was waiting to resize her ring so instead of focusing on her. Both staff members then tried to juggle the both of us once I said I wanted the watch to be resize they tried to do both resizing the ring and watch which was a total failure after a good 10 minutes of banging on a expensive watch and then trying to get the ring size sorted at the same time I realised they couldn't do the job and was incapable of showing the other. customer any service either so I walked out and now bought the £300 watch online somewhere else which was much less stressful and felt better service from a computer then here. Never will walk in here again
