The staff were so helpful and ordered in the chain that i needed for the next day and even though i had made a mistake and ordered the wrong length for my husband which they put in a beautiful presentation box so that i could also add the cross i had bought for it, they had no problem refunding me. They were patient and didnt make me feel bad about MY mistake. A**** thanyou so much i will definately be returning.

I have a Lifetime Battery Replacement guarantee on my watch with F.Hinds. Jake served me and he was friendly and professional. He changed the battery promptly and advised me of a small defect he’d discovered. After getting my authorisation he proceeded to fix the issue and got my watch working again. He went the extra mile and I left a very happy customer - many thanks!

There was an issue with my click and collect order.
She arranged for the Manager of the Fleet branch to drop my item at her own house last night so she could bring it to the shop today (and she was day off).
Great service and unheard of these days.

I normally use the Gosport shop, which are excellent, Today i had to use the Havant shop and again, totally excelled themselves.
You cannot beat the welcome but more importantly, the service.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Came here to get my partners engagement ring fixed as was missing a diamond. The staff went above and beyond to help get it all sorted. Thank you very much
