Swarovski Chelmsford

I visited this shop yesterday as one of my rings had lost a stone and was still under warranty (with only a few days left!). I took in the proof of purchase (from the web) and the ring was in it's box, the lady looked at it and deemed it a manufacturer error, i was given a brand new ring there and then! I was really impressed with their service, no trouble at all. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with the customer service here. I had a necklace which had lost some of its crystals. (my fault for wearing in the shower). The necklace was 2 years old and I didn't even have the receipt anymore but they offered to send it away for £20 to have new crystals set. Unfortunately this couldn't be done so they sent it back and I was refunded. They then said if I wanted I could exchange for the same price as the necklace was when it was last sold. I decided I wanted to keep it instead and the women in there cleaned it for me to disguise the lack of crystals. I think this is the best customer service I've ever received! Thank you Swarovski.

Had to return a pair of earrings , quick and precise all sorted couldn't have been more helpful . Will be using this shop again

Very small shop but very helpful and pleasant staff

I purchased earings from the Chelmsford shop via the phone.
The staff are extremely helpful and the earings arrived perfectly packaged within a couple of days.

If I could give them more then 5 stars, I would definately give them more. What an amazing service I received. I accidentally smashed my glass on my watch and they replaced the watch with no questions or hesitation. Now this is a store worth shopping at when one receives such amazing service. Big shout out to the staff for their amazing service and to Swarovski for the quality products that is made for us to love and enjoy. I am more then grateful.
