Incredibly helpful staff, very friendly and I would recommend to anyone. I had a knot in a chain necklace that I couldn’t get out and Paul was happy to help me and did so efficiently. They also have a lovely selection of items - I’ll definitely be getting some gifts in the future.

I've used Paul Scott jewellers for some time now and on every occasion I've come away feeling very happy with my lot , a Seiko solar watch was repaired in fine order and at an great price , wedding rings and other rings have been cleaned and polished to a tip top standard . Excellent service, the staff went above and beyond to fix a ring for me by a specific date and even took the ring home so I could collect it out of working hours. Have had the ring fixed previously with a commercial chain and it broke again (twice) and cost me twice the money. Very reasonable fees, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Dropped in to ask about resizing my wedding ring. Paul broke into what he was working on, then did the resize immediately, polished the ring and gave it back to me all in 10 to 15 minutes. All at an extremely reasonable price.

He may not always be able to be that quick, but service certainly comes first, which is a refreshing change these days.

What a SUPERB find. I called into this jewellers to ask about ring sizing on a platinum band. They’re a family run business and I had the pleasure of meeting both the father and daughter who could not have been more helpful, friendly and informative.
I am so very happy with the work they did. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will be spreading the word to family and friends.
