I took my engagement ring in as it was too small and it needed resizing. Originally they said it would take 2-3 weeks. I emailed them saying I had an engagement meal and I really wanted it back for that day. So they rang there workshop and they pushed it through for me. It only took a week in the end!! So happy! Thanks H. Samuel, great customer service too!

After looking all day we ended up at H. Samuel's and got what we was looking for

40 years ago I purchased my wife's wedding ring at H Samuel in Croydon, and as the ring is now too small for her finger, today we walked into H Samuel in Maidstone where the lady who served us showed us a similar ring to the original one. It fitted perfectly and we bought it on the spot. Thank you H Samuel, excellent service every time!
