Got our wedding rings from here. A series of mishaps pushed collecting the rings a little closer to the day than I would have liked, however they were apologetic and did get it all sorted in the end.

Recently came into the store to replace my watch which had been stolen. The two female staff members were excellent and very helpful in sorting out the problem and Showed great customer service skills. Overall i'm very pleased with the outcome and appreciate the effort of all staff, continue giving a great service!

Phoned head officed to sort out paperwork needed for having my parteners engagement ring cleaned. Hadn't heard anything for a few weeks so popped into cheltenham on the off chance i missed an e-mail. Staff were friendly as always and extremely helpful. Left with everything i needed plus a smile!

Needed a new watch battery, sorted with a minimum of fuss after a minor problem was found.

I got 3 pairs of earrings from here and one pair the gem fell out but the quality of the earrings are very durable and well made
