Our experience at Beards yesterday was perfection: From being welcomed at the door, to Vicky's exquisite service and the considerate care to get the fit of the watch we bought just right - everything was so enjoyable, relaxed and made us feel really special. We cannot recommend Vicky and the team at Beards highly enough and we'd like to thank them for making our day.

I purchased an Omega Seamaster online and dealt with a delightful Beards representative named Yui. She provided flawless service and an excellent customer experience. All the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products but I was particularly impressed with Yui’s professionalism and attention to detail. She went above and beyond, ensuring that I was informed throughout the purchasing process. When I received the watch it was securely packaged and beautifully presented. The overall experience was amazing and I will definitely use Beards for future purchases.

Could not fault the service we received from Beards. My husband had my engagement ring made here last year and then this year we purchased our wedding bands. The whole process from picking them to having them made and collecting was flawless. The service was friendly and also very special. We were really looked after so well from start to finish. Five star service from Beards. Purchased a special gift for my husbands birthday ant the service and knowledge from them was excellent. I ordered a Tag Heuer watch from Beards but unfortunately it was out of stock. They ordered me one from the Manufacturer and kept me informed on progress. They said that they would try their best to get it before Xmas and it arrived as promised. They also provided excellent customer service and I will definitely use them again.
